What is Infinite Monkeys?

Infinite Monkeys is a collaborative storytelling platform that leverages NFTs and AI to create and develop stories.

Users can create scenes, which are minted as NFTs, to start or continue stories from any point in the story line.

How does the platform work?

Users can create scenes for stories, and these scenes are minted as NFTs.

Each story progresses as users add more scenes.

To create a scene, users mint (buy) a token. Once you have a token you can write your scene, generate an image and publish your scene.

The platform includes a milestone and reward system to recognize significant contributions.

How do I start creating stories?

To start creating stories, connect your wallet, and begin creating scenes.

You can start a new story or contribute to existing ones by adding new scenes.

You'll need to fund your wallet with some ETH on the Base network in order to mint your token.

How do I get funds into my wallet?

You'll need to get ETH into your wallet on the BASE network.

Coinbase can help get you started and move your assets to the network

Coinbase also provides a bridge to move your funds

It is your responsibility to keep a secure wallet and obtain funds for that wallet

What are the fees for creating scenes?

Each time your create a scene, you'll need to mint a token.

The current cost of minting a token will be displayed on mint button

A genesis scene has a higher fee than creating a scene to continue an existing story

Milestone scenes are a higher fee than regular or genesis scenes but they're also guaranteed to receive rewards.

How do the rewards work?

Every time a scene is created, 10% of the fee for creating it is added to the prize pool

When a milestone is unlocked (someone buys the milestone scene), the prize pool is distributed as follows:

Rewards are divided up into different buckets

• 10% for the milestone scene
• 50% for tokens created within the milestone that was just unlocked
• 25% for tokens created anytime
• 15% distributed to all previous milestone holders

For the two buckets, the milestone that was just unlocked (50%) and scenes for all time (25%) the rewards are evenly distributed between:

• The genesis and last scene in the longest story
• The most influential story continuation scene
• The most influential genesis scene

Any rewards that are not allocated (because they're not able to be) are distributed evenly between all previous milestone holders

Some things to note

• All Milestone tokens receive part of the rewards pool for every milestone
• Genesis scenes can receive part of the current milestone even if they're created prior to the current milestone if tokens were added during this milestone

The rewards are distributed when the milestone is unlocked

Once the rewards are distributed, the funds must be claimed from the rewards contract.

What measures are in place to ensure content quality and safety?

We have content guidelines that prohibit the posting of harmful or illegal (within US law) content.

Our team reviews content to ensure compliance with these guidelines, and we reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms.

Images are generated by AI and are moderated by generating services content policies.

It is important to use secure practices when managing your wallet and NFTs.

We recommend using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and keeping your private keys safe.
