Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Infinite Monkeys platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Service Description

Infinite Monkeys is a collaborative storytelling platform that leverages NFTs and AI to create and develop stories. Users can create scenes, which are minted as NFTs, to start or continue stories. The Service includes a milestone and reward system as detailed in our documentation.

User Conduct and Content Guidelines

• Users are prohibited from posting or contributing any content that:
• Exploits or sexualizes minors in any way.
• Contains specific threats or calls to violence.
• Violates any applicable United States laws.

The Service adheres to principles of free speech as protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. SquidInk Labs, LLC reserves the right to remove any content or tokens that violate these Terms or applicable US laws at SquidInk Labs, LLC's sole discretion.

As a US-based company operating under US law, we are committed to upholding the principles of free speech and the First Amendment. We will not comply with requests for censorship or content removal from any government or entity unless such requests are in accordance with US law and have been ruled upon by a US court. If a government or entity wishes to censor content, they must do so at their own expense and with their own technology, without our assistance. We believe that the free exchange of ideas and information is essential to a thriving society.

Users are responsible for their own conduct and content.

The Service is not responsible for the content that is created by the users of this platform. The platform allows for all users to create their own narative.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

Users retain ownership of the content they create. By contributing content to the Service, users grant Infinite Monkeys a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with the Service.

NFT Ownership and Rights

Users who create scenes receive NFTs representing ownership of those scenes. SquidInk Labs, LLC reserves the right to remove or nullify any NFTs associated with content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Payments, Fees, and Rewards

• Fees for creating scenes are as described in our documentation and are subject to change.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
• Rewards are distributed as described in our documentation. All reward determinations, including "most influential" designations, are made solely at the discretion of SquidInk Labs, LLC and are final.
• We do not provide wallet recovery services. Users are solely responsible for the security of their wallets.

Limitation of Liability

SquidInk Labs, LLC is not responsible for user-generated content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and are not liable for any technical issues or service interruptions.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data, is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Infinite Monkeys does not collect private information beyond analytics, logs, and wallet information. We store only information needed to run the Service.

Termination

SquidInk Labs, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration. These Terms and any disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.

Modifications to Terms

SquidInk Labs, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes to the Terms through the Service.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and SquidInk Labs, LLC regarding the Service.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
